And the robot wins again-:(( sigh, congrats to Jimmie Johnson, you gotta hand it to him and his team, they've got this racing thing figured out. Junior did ok, actually moved up one spot in points. Now on to Atlanta, he always does really well there~hugs

So close to getting the pole for Vegas, but 4th is good too so yay Junior! Can't wait for the race on Sunday, it should be a good one~

In case you couldn't tell I haven't been doing too much stitching lately. Just can't seem to settle down for long periods of time. I'm blaming this on spring fever/cabin fever. Spring can't get here fast enough for me~ :0)

That's it, I've decided that Jimmie Johnson is a robot! Congrats to him and Chad for winning(again!)lol. Poor Junior, just can't catch a break. Hope next week is a better race for him-I live in hope!

Daytona 500

Whoohoo! Congrats to Jamie McMurry for winning the Daytona 500, and man oh man, how about that Dale Jr?!! He made that last lap so exciting, best lap of the whole race! My daughter and I were screaming at the tv, it was awesome even if he didn't win. The nascar season is off to a great start this year!

This is Quaker Patchwork, I'm still loving this design so much. I'm using my pretty silks to stitch this one on 18 count aida. I figure I'm close to halfway done with it~

And this is HAED'S Dark Cherry from last year's freebie sal. As you can see I didn't do too well with it, lol I finally finished page 2 and got a small start on page 3. I'm not participating in the freebie sal this year, I've too many projects needing to get finished. I had to put the carousel horse up for awhile, the dreaded frog came to visit and I have to frog quite a few stitches out in that one, sigh~
